Holly Herndon offers “Home,” a new song with an accompanying video directed by Dutch design studio, Metahaven. “Home” evolves the vocal-centric, progressive production themes of Herndon’s early 2014 single “Chorus” with a new lyrical target.

“It is a love song for prying eyes (an agent / a critic), and also a break up song with the devices with which I shared a naive relationship. There is something dramatic, teenage and vulnerable to this sensation – our relationships with these interconnected devices are still so young, so naive.”

Holly channels this sensation into a battery of found textures and fragmented voices bustling around Holly’s inimitable brand of cyber pop music.
