Ambienti Coassiali

Commend’s MoM (Music of the Month) series is an effort to pay tribute to some of our favorite, current record releases from across the globe. Each month, Commend will commission an artist edition poster to be sold alongside the vinyl, exclusively from the store. These visual responses will serve as farther-out artistic context for releases that are extra special to our times (and space).

Volume four in the MoM Series is Ambienti Coassiali‘s Vol. 1 – interior-architectural DX7 jams that began circulating within a cassette tape in late 1980s Milan. Now remastered and gratefully reissued by Incidental Music, Commend appendages a print featuring images from the original Empty Heads videos for Vol 1, which Incidental re-released on DVD alongside the LP. Edition of 75 copies taken from a total edition of only 500, screenprinted in Brooklyn by Keegan Mills-Cooke, available exclusively from Commend.
