The latest transmission from The Vernon Spring’s upcoming record Under a Familiar Sun, “Esrever Ni Rehtaf (feat. aden)” is a wide-eyed tribute to the mysterious magic of giving new life.

Inspired by fleeting moments during Beste’s partner’s pregnancy, Sam once again joined with Brooklyn-based vocalist/writer/astrophysicist aden for a journey across visceral atmospheres. Bringing together field recordings, 808s, and his delicate piano, they create a series of gentle movements resembling fragments of sound heard by an unborn child.

As is customary, Eric Timothy Carlson and Aaron Anderson deliver another accompanying piece of the record’s visual puzzle.
