FRKWYS11: Steve Gunn and Mike Cooper Turns Ten

Released ten years ago this week, Steve Gunn and Mike Cooper’s Cantos de Lisboa, the eleventh volume in our FRKWYS series. Made over a series of lengthy living room guitar sessions in Lisbon and evenings in taverns of cold wine in fado music, Cantos de Lisboa is an album that explores variable vernacular shades and musical forms from Portugal’s antiquity.
